As first-time homebuyers, figuring out all that comes with financing a home was a bit daunting. Dean and Lisa did so much to lessen any anxiety or confusion we had. They are incredibly transparent, able to clearly explain the process and promptly addressed any questions we had (we never waited more than 10 minutes for a call-back). Dean's levity and confident personality also worked wonders in helping us feel sure we were working with a lender that was looking out for us and our investment.
