This is what made my experience great: I was able to do the pre-qual over the phone and it took less than 20 minutes—painless. Both Lannie and Samantha were great. Whenever I had questions, they got back to me quickly. And I got step-by-step written and verbal updates during the process. Wonderful teamwork, expertise, and caring communication. Highly recommend.
