Overall we had a very good experience the team was very responsive and willing to make accommodations to support the process. The experience could be improved with a phone call at the outset to explain the process. The portal was not clear and it was not initially communicated that this would be a primary way for information to be collected so we should "keep track" of username/password information. That would be helpful to know upfront.

Thanks for the feedback, Molly. I put everything in writing upfront so it gives you time to read through all of the steps in the loan process and then I offer a phone or video call to go over everything in detail but I apologize if there was some confusi
