Working with Timm, Sonja, and the rest of his team was amazing. As a first time home buyer he helped in making the entire process easy to understand. He helped with teaching me about all my options, explaining things I didn't know, and was always very thorough and friendly along the way. He was always available any time I called, and he made the entire loan process fast and effortless. Timm, Sonja, and his team went above and beyond what I expected and I would highly recommend them.
