Our mortgage advisor, Samantha, met with us in person to complete the loan application. This was very important to us as we had a poor prior experience with a person who insisted we had to do it online. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work during the entire loan process. We are very appreciative of her attention and support. We will definitely recommend PacRes to others seeking a mortgage.
