This transaction involved a Contingent Sale and Dean was extremely helpful during escrow and then funded and closed escrow the same day the Contingent closed! Could not ask for more. Buyer is extremely happy with Dean's knowledge, service and execution. In the midst of Covid delays, I don't experience them with Dean Goold & team at Finance of America!
