My husband I just bought our first home, and we are SO happy that we chose Nicole and her team at PacRes as our lender. Nicole was so personable, kind, and knowledgeable. She was always available to us night and day (and weekends!) to answer any questions. Her team went above and beyond to help us get into our first home within this busy housing market. The closing process was smooth and all the steps were extremely well communicated to us. This is huge when you are like me and have no idea how the home buying process works.
