Review on David Boliard

David Boliard is what made the whole experience great. He was my Buyer's preferred lender who has helped their family out in the past and I can see why they continue to use him. Very professional, straight to the point, and very knowledgable... all this combined lead to a smooth sailing closing. Additionally I was very impressed on how fast David's team processed the loan... so fast that they needed to pump the brakes and let the real estate transaction catch up to the loan!
