Our situation was what I felt quite complicated, and time was definitely not on our side, but Team Vance at Pacific Residential Mortgage were just AMAZING. The whole team did a wonderful job. Personally and professionally. Communication is key to a lot of things, and they communicated with us with everything that was happening until we signed all the paperwork.
