This is our second refinance using Pacific Crest and Tim McBratney. On both occasions the process was simple and seamless. This one was more complicated due to the pandemic and quarantine issues and everything except final signing needed to be done virtually. Nonetheless the crew stepped up and provided clear instructions and timelines for what we needed to do when.
