Let me start with this; I'm one VERY tough person when it comes to meeting my standards and needs so, getting anything near a 5 star is near impossible. My standard for great service is always max -1 due to, we can always work to improve! Having said that, Sue absolutely earned the full amount and therefore, I'm awarding it! If you want people you can 100% count on, Sue and David are the ones! I myself am a Veteran and my wife and I could not be happier with the service we got from Both of you and PacRes! You have all my recommendations and when I'm in the market again; you'll be the first person I'm looking for!! Great freaking Job guys!!
