As a first-time homebuyer, our experience working with Melair could not have been any better. She is equally professional and personable, which made the process as seamless and easy as could be. There was so much that we didn't know about the home buying process and Melair made everything easy for us to understand. She was extremely communicative from start to finish, answering endless questions we had at the start of the process up to answering questions that popped up while we were signing and closing on the house. Her over-the-top communication went as far as being available day and night, weekdays and weekends, which in the real estate industry is very important. Throughout the 8 months we worked with Melair, she made us feel like we were her most important client, and for that reason, I can't wait to work with her again someday. I can't recommend Melair enough, she is the best!
