This was an efficient and extremely easy process that I never dreamed of being able to make happen until I discussed it with James. His adamancy about seeing me through for my first home purchase was honestly inspiring. The security that I now have in equity for my daughter is something I’ll never be able to say thank you to James and Team Vance enough for.
