The choice between great and unpleasant is a wide gap. I believe you did all you could do but due to demand it took a long time. I didn’t feel as though all options for lower rates were explored. I still receive pre approved lower rates and the response Ingot was my credit wasn’t high enough because it’s a different score. That was not satisfactory but your people are caring and diligent and local.
