I’m not very well versed in the lending world, and what all is involved. Dave made sure to explain everything very throughly(often more than once) so that I knew exactly what was going on and what would be in my best interest. I had complete trust in Dave during this process and would without a doubt return to him for future needs and would tell anyone that you can trust him to take care of you.
