Tim and his team (Chad and Holly) were such a dream to work with. They made the experience of being first-time home buyer's a breeze, clearly communicating and explaining things to us and ensuring that they had all the information necessary to make the process go as smoothly as I think it could have. Tim and his team were also immediately available whenever we needed something or had a question, and were even willing to respond on weekends. Overall, working with them was a great experience and we will definitely return to Tim when we need a mortgage in the future. Thank you guys so much for your hard work!
