Pacific Residential Mortgage named one of Oregon's 100 Best Companies to work for in Oregon Pacific Residential Mortgage is thrilled to announce the honor of being named in Oregon Business' "100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon 2019" list. Pacific Residential Mortgage is ranked 28th in the Large Company category (companies with 100 or more Oregon-based employees). This is PRM's 7^th year to receive this honor. The annual list recognizes the top Oregon employers based on employee opinion surveys as well as an employer benefits survey. How the Survey Works The 26^th Annual 100 Best Companies list focuses on Small, Medium, and Large categories, highlighting for-profit companies. To be eligible for consideration in the 100 Best program, a minimum of 15 employees or 10% of the Oregon workforce, whichever is greater, must complete the survey. The employee survey covers topics such as Work Environment, Management & Communications, Career Development & Learning Opportunities, and Benefits & Compensation. Each category is rated by the employee in terms of both satisfaction and importance. To ensure accurate and candid feedback, the survey is anonymous, and senior executives and/or owners (any employee with 10% or more ownership) are not allowed to participate.
