PRM brings our customers two more exciting loan options, adding to our array of mortgage solutions; via the Oregon Bond Residential Loan Program; The Rate Advantage Program and the Cash Advantage Program. Highly recommended for first time home buyers, these Oregon Bond Residential Loan Programs offer below-market interest rates which transitions to lower monthly payments and long-term interest savings.

Oregon Bond Residential Loan Program in Summary:

  • Rate advantage = below-market interest rates, as little as 3% down payment
  • Cash advantage = low-interest rate, with 3% grant for closing costs and prepaid items
Both options help eligible buyers to increase their home purchasing power and lower their monthly house payments for greater affordability. We work closely with home buyers from start to finish to determine which loan program best suits their needs; whether USDA*, FHA, or conventional loans.
