Purchasing a home is an exhilarating, but stressful experience. Selecting the right mortgage advisor is critical to ensuring your success. Why choose me?
My Experience: I have over 40 years in the mortgage lending business. As a Senior Advisor with PacRes Mortgage, I am licensed in Arizona, California, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, and Washington. Although much has changed since I began my career in 1982, the foundation of a well-written and thoroughly reviewed loan has not. My depth of knowledge allows me to find creative solutions to seemingly insurmountable and complex problems.
My Customer Service: I provide my clients with detailed information about every aspect of their transactions, taking whatever time they need to understand and feel secure about their loans. I consistently receive top service reviews.
My Reputation: I value candor, punctuality, and responsiveness. I prioritize my clients' needs. I have an impeccable reputation amongst my clients and throughout the mortgage industry.
My Employer: Ranked consistently as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For," PacRes Mortgage has grown exponentially since it opened in 2004. It is licensed throughout the United States. It offers conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and an array of other loans. PacRes Mortgage has a loan program for almost everyone.
My Connection to My Community: I am an active member of Tigard's Chamber of Commerce. For eight years I served on its Board, ultimately receiving its "Volunteer of the Year" Award. I have resided in Oregon for over 40 years. My wife, Diane, and I are blessed with an adult son whom we raised in the beautiful Northwest. In my free time, I enjoy tennis and golf.
As your mortgage advisor, I look forward to helping you realize your home ownership dream. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Portland
Straddling the Willamette River, Oregon’s largest city offers culture, history, coffee, and many books. While Pacific Northwest winters may be damp, outdoor beauty abounds year-round. Forest Park, a 5,200-acre space that provides refuge to native wildlife, offers easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. For a scenic stroll, head to the Lan Su Chinese Garden, the Portland Japanese Garden, or the International Rose Test Garden.
Portland is home to many family-friendly attractions, including the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, the Pittock Mansion, the Oregon Zoo, and Oaks Amusement Park, one of the country's oldest continually operating amusement parks.
Plus, readers rejoice—the City of Roses is home to Powell’s, the largest independent new and used bookstore in the world. Once you’ve picked out a book, grab a cup of coffee at Portland Coffee Roasters or Stumptown.
