Get to Know Toni Dassance
Hi, I’m a Sr. Mortgage Advisor from Salem, Oregon and I joined the PacRes team in January 2023.
I launched my mortgage career 14 years ago and I’ve never looked back—whether you’re a first-time buyer or have been through the process before, I’m extremely passionate about what I do, and I can’t wait to build a personal relationship to help you achieve your long-term financial goals!
While I am an expert in all kinds of different loan products, from conventional to non-qualifying mortgages (non-QM), I have a big heart for helping veterans take advantage of their home loan benefits. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping and being outdoors, and playing sports, like Pickleball.
I make it a point to provide my clients with superior service, creative thinking, and out-of-the-box solutions to help them through every step of the home loan process, and beyond. If given the chance, I promise to help you take a confident next step towards your homeownership dream—I look forward to meeting you!
MY BRANCH
Portland
Straddling the Willamette River, Oregon’s largest city offers culture, history, coffee, and many books. While Pacific Northwest winters may be damp, outdoor beauty abounds year-round. Forest Park, a 5,200-acre space that provides refuge to native wildlife, offers easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. For a scenic stroll, head to the Lan Su Chinese Garden, the Portland Japanese Garden, or the International Rose Test Garden.
Portland is home to many family-friendly attractions, including the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, the Pittock Mansion, the Oregon Zoo, and Oaks Amusement Park, one of the country's oldest continually operating amusement parks.
Plus, readers rejoice—the City of Roses is home to Powell’s, the largest independent new and used bookstore in the world. Once you’ve picked out a book, grab a cup of coffee at Portland Coffee Roasters or Stumptown.

Nearby, the Enchanted Forest features fairytale fun for the family. In the summer, beat the heat at Walter L. Wirth Lake or play disc golf at Cascades Gateway Park.
