Meet Kevin Beard

I am a Senior Mortgage Advisor and Medford Branch Manager, for Pacific Residential Mortgage, one of Oregon's leading mortgage companies. Licensed in Oregon and Washington, I specialize in the Southern Oregon Region. I have been in the mortgage and financial services industry for over 16 years and can honestly say that even in these challenging times I truly enjoy helping clients achieve their goal of homeownership.

I started my career in the home finance industry in 1998. In 2000 I started and managed a highly successful local mortgage brokerage firm, Cox, Beard, Hall & Associates LLC. In a decade's time the company closed over 5700 loans for a total of more than $950,000,000.00 funded. My company's success can be attributed to our commitment to provide great customer service along with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

As the mortgage lending and real estate market changed over the past few years it was becoming evident that as an independent broker it would be difficult to offer our clients the best loan programs and rates. In January of 2010 Cox, Beard, Hall & Associates LLC joined forces with Pacific Residential Mortgage (PRM).
