Meet Carl Thulin

I am a Mortgage Advisor in Meridian, Idaho, and joined the PacRes team in October 2020.

Before launching my mortgage career, I served in the U.S. military and worked in leadership, management, and production roles in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

I value service and will do everything I can to help you find the best mortgage solution for your life. Count on me to listen, lead, and provide expert advice as we walk together through every step of the loan process.

Following active duty, I graduated from Drake University, earned a certificate in Project Management from the University of California--Irvine, a certificate in Leadership from Northwestern University, and a teaching certificate from the American Board.

Outside of the office, I like to spend time with family and friends. I enjoy golfing, camping, hiking, and boating. I am a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Military Officers Association of America, and the Meridian and Kuna Chambers of Commerce.
