Get to Know Timm Ready
Work: I grew up in Portland, so I think it's the best place on the planet. I've been in the mortgage world since 1993 and with Pacific Residential Mortgage since its inception. With over twenty-five years of experience, I like to work through every situation and think outside the box to structure even the most complex loan scenario. Our team has funded thousands of loans to date and helped countless families achieve the dream of homeownership.
Play: Foodie, music lover, sports fan (especially college football), a great cook who loves making food for my family and team.
Straddling the Willamette River, Oregon’s largest city offers culture, history, coffee, and lots of books. While Pacific Northwest winters may be damp, outdoor beauty abounds year-round. Forest Park, a 5,200-acre space that provides refuge to native wildlife, offers easy access to hiking and mountain-biking trails. For a scenic stroll, head over to the Lan Su Chinese Garden, the Portland Japanese Garden, or the International Rose Test Garden.
Portland is home to many family-friendly attractions, including the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, the Pittock Mansion, the Oregon Zoo, and Oaks Amusement Park, one of the oldest continually operating amusement parks in the country.
Plus, readers rejoice—the City of Roses is home to Powell’s, the largest independent new and used bookstore in the world. Once you’ve picked out a book, grab a cup of coffee at Portland Coffee Roasters or Stumptown.
