Meet Nicole Klingerman, CMA

Nicole is a Mortgage Advisor in Salem who joined PacRes in October 2019, when she came aboard as a loan manager. Her mortgage industry career kicked off in 2013 at a major credit union in Eugene, where she worked in underwriting, equity processing and as a mortgage specialist. Her passion for serving the local community inspires her to be a Mortgage Advisor for life, meaning her clients are treated as long-term commitments and not one-off transactions. She appreciates the stress and challenges of buying a home, and works hard to ensure you feel as little stress as possible through the process thanks to her hands-on, proactive approach to building wealth.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, traveling in her free time, golfing, and actively volunteers in her community in various organizations. She is dedicated to giving back to her community and makes that the main focus of her business.
