Get to Know Lynden Carnahan
I graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Grand Canyon University. After ten years of teaching high school math, I decided to steer my career in a new direction. Being a natural educator and lover of numbers, I have found my passion in using math and finances as a way to help families get into the home of their dreams.
My passion is driven by giving families the opportunity to make buying a home, one of the most significant decisions in your life, enjoyable, exciting, and stress-free. I am here for you every step of the way. I ask a lot of questions, helping you identify your financial needs and desires. Then I educate you on your individualized options and the home buying process, so your needs are fully met. I am always available to answer questions - even outside of regular business hours.
I was born and raised in McMinnville, Oregon and truly enjoy the riches our state has to offer - especially golfing. Outside of work, I am continually inspired by my two kids and husband to be the best version of myself. Let's partner together to make your homeownership dreams a reality.

For a scenic stroll, head to the Lan Su Chinese Garden, the Portland Japanese Garden, or the International Rose Test Garden.
Portland is home to many family-friendly attractions, including the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, the Pittock Mansion, the Oregon Zoo, and Oaks Amusement Park, one of the country's oldest continually operating amusement parks.
Plus, readers rejoice—the City of Roses is home to Powell’s, the largest independent new and used bookstore in the world. Once you’ve picked out a book, grab a cup of coffee at Portland Coffee Roasters or Stumptown.
