The Vintage Mortgage Professionals family evolved from an earlier Vintage Mortgage Group that was founded in Pleasanton California in 1995. The company’s passion for helping families with home financing expanded to the Temecula Valley in 2000 and since then has helped thousands of individuals and families with the dream of home ownership.

Our passion is helping open the doors of home ownership for our clients though the process of building life long relationships. We provide information and coaching for our clients to meet their life goals, not a onetime transactional “order taker” goal like most other companies. Our new clients primarily come from past client referrals, real estate agents, and other business partners. Because of this, we do not spend money on expensive advertising or buying “leads” and pass on these savings to our trusted clients.

We are a direct lender and mortgage broker through our partnership with PacRes Mortgage. This gives the best of both worlds by providing the benefits of fast loan closings with in house underwriting and loan funding, and the competitive options of brokering. We also help our clients purchase their new home in other states. Whether moving away from California or purchasing a vacation home or an investment property. We finance in the whole state of California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee with more in process.
