PRM has been named one of Oregon's 100 Best Companies

Pacific Residential Mortgage (PRM) announced it has been named in Oregon Business' "100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon 2015" list. PRM is ranked 33rd in the Large Company category. This is PRM's fourth year to receive this honor. The annual list recognizes the top Oregon employers based on employee opinion surveys, as well as an employer benefits survey. The 22nd Annual 100 Best Companies list focuses on Small, Medium and Large categories, highlighting for-profit companies. In order to participate in the 100 Best program, a minimum of 15 employees or 10% of your Oregon workforce, whichever is greater, must complete the survey. The survey consists of 30 statements, divided into six workplace categories, and is rated by the employees in terms of satisfaction and importance. The 100 Best Companies List will be featured in the March 2015 magazine issue of Oregon Business. The complete list is also featured online at www.OregonBusiness.com.
