Meet Traci Ghilardi

Hi, I’m a Sr. Mortgage Advisor from Sacramento, California, and I joined the PacRes team in November 2022.

My experience includes more than three decades of mortgage lending experience, and while I have a deep knowledge of all types of home options, I’m particularly passionate about first-time homebuyer and reverse mortgage programs.

Market conditions can change quickly, which is why I put in the time and effort to stay on top of industry trends. More than anything else, I want build a personal relationship with you and use my knowledge to help you understand all of your options and help you take a confident next step in your homeownership journey.

When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two adult kids, and our two golden retrievers, Blu and Ranger. In my free time, I like watching sports, being outside and getting together with friends.
