Get to Know Tim Tyler
Hi, I’m a Sr. Mortgage Advisor from Eugene, Oregon, and I joined the PacRes team in November 2022.
With approximately three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve discovered joy in helping people achieve their dream of buying a home, and I would love to have the opportunity to use what I know to help you achieve your long-term financial goals!
While I am well-versed in all our mortgage products, I am especially passionate about reverse mortgages, jumbo loans, and loan products for the self-employed and other non-traditional borrowers.
When I’m not serving clients or spending time with my family, I enjoy music, playing and watching sports, and practicing self-defense. I also enjoy serving my community through local events and fundraisers.
If given the chance, I promise to treat you with respect and provide 5-star customer service through every step of the mortgage process, and beyond. I look forward to helping you achieve your homeownership dream!
Reverse Mortgage Specialist
Why Choose a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist?
I’ve received extensive training on all lending options available to eligible reverse mortgage clients and have a deep understanding of specific loan programs and underwriting requirements. I’m familiar with each program’s unique features and benefits and how you can use a reverse mortgage as an effective retirement planning tool.
Leverage One of Your Largest Assets
As a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist, I’ll help you incorporate your home’s equity into your retirement plan—whether you want to improve monthly cash flow, access funds for long-term care, or manage returns in your retirement accounts, there are countless ways to utilize home equity to meet your needs.
The reverse loan is a non-traditional mortgage program, so I set aside time to consult with my clients to ensure they fully understand the nature of this product. We’ll work together to identify your unique needs and create a customized solution for your life.
