Get to Know Tim Tyler
Hi, I’m a Sr. Mortgage Advisor from Eugene, Oregon, and I joined the PacRes team in November 2022.
With approximately three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve discovered joy in helping people achieve their dream of buying a home, and I would love to have the opportunity to use what I know to help you achieve your long-term financial goals!
While I am well-versed in all our mortgage products, I am especially passionate about reverse mortgages, jumbo loans, and loan products for the self-employed and other non-traditional borrowers.
When I’m not serving clients or spending time with my family, I enjoy music, playing and watching sports, and practicing self-defense. I also enjoy serving my community through local events and fundraisers.
If given the chance, I promise to treat you with respect and provide 5-star customer service through every step of the mortgage process, and beyond. I look forward to helping you achieve your homeownership dream!
