Meet Ryan Prisco

Hi, I’m a Sr. Mortgage Advisor licensed in 14 states, and I joined the PacRes team in November 2022. I launched my mortgage career more than two decades ago, and every day, and with every client, I look forward to the chance to use my experience and expertise to help you achieve your long-term financial goals!

I’ve built my business around respect, professionalism, and the ability to communicate clearly and provide 5-star customer service at every step of the mortgage process, and beyond. In addition to providing extensive knowledge of all of the various mortgage options available to you—from conventional, to non-QM—I’m here to assist with budgeting, building your credit, building your real estate investment portfolio, and saving for future events, like retirement.

On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my wife, adult daughter, and our dog, Leonard; I’m also a wine connoisseur and enjoy hiking, reading, and playing the bass guitar.
