Meet Paul R. Riddle

I’ve been helping families with home financing for 24 years. My greatest pleasure is assisting first time homebuyers with the most integral purchase of their life by educating them on the loan process and homeownership.

As a Mortgage Advisor, I feel a responsibility to ensure my clients are completely prepared for the loan requirements and also for the commitment of owning a home. That is why I take care in structuring the loan tailored to each client’s situation and compiling a clean file for the underwriter.

My experience ranges from credit union, builder and both privately owned and corporate lending mortgage banks. These various positions have given me the opportunity to learn about and utilize many different types of home loan products. I have worked with Pac Res Division Manager, John Gillis for 14 years and recently we officially joined forces as the Gillis Riddle Team. Together we bring over 50 years of lending experience to our valued clients.

When I’m not working on loans I enjoy going to the Colorado River to waterski and relax with my wife, Gina and our two daughters. I also love playing softball and watching my daughters play soccer. Being an avid SDSU Aztec Basketball fan, every March you can find me at the Mountain West Basketball Tournament in Las Vegas.
