Meet Paul Cruz

I am a mortgage advisor from Arizona and joined the PacRes team in January 2022.

I have more than a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, and I'm eager to help you learn about the mortgage process and navigate your homebuying journey with confidence.

With twin boys and a heart for adventure and the outdoors, I believe that everyone deserves a place to call home, and I'm passionate about helping families pursue their homeownership dream with confidence.

I understand that everyone has different needs and that it's hard for homebuyers to know all of their options--that's why I prioritize clear communication and personalized service at every step.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, bouldering, and rock climbing with my spouse and our kids. I am also a volunteer with Tempe Young Life Committee and assist at a nonprofit that helps veterans overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges.
