Meet Ken Belden

I am a mortgage advisor from Portland and joined the PacRes team in November 2019. With 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, my priority continues to be making certain I understand each individual client's situation and purpose for the transaction at hand. I use the knowledge and resources I've gained over the years to give my clients the expert advice they need to make a confident and informed home purchase or refinance decision. Married to my high school sweetheart, I have four adult children, one granddaughter, and a Golden Retriever named Romeo. Before beginning my career in mortgage, I worked as a full-time pastor. I maintain my minister's license to this day, as I continue to enjoy opportunities of teaching and officiating wedding ceremonies. In my spare time, I enjoy leading men's groups at my church, golfing, and volunteering for the Oregon Golf Association, where I help keep score and set up for tournaments across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
