Get to Know Evan Sarmiento
I am a Mortgage Advisor from California and joined the PacRes team in October 2021.
I grew up in the Sacramento area and have lived here for more than 22 years. Giving back to my neighbors and community members is extremely important to me, and helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership is my greatest passion.
If given the chance, I promise to build a personal relationship with you and provide 5-star customer service as we work together to secure a strong financial future for you and your family.
Outside of the mortgage world, I enjoy hiking in the mountains and spending time outdoors fishing, skiing, or golfing my dad.
I also enjoy volunteering, including raising money for students who need financial assistance and coaching wrestling at my local junior high school.
Reverse Mortgage Specialist
Why Choose a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist?
I’ve received extensive training on all lending options available to eligible reverse mortgage clients and have a deep understanding of specific loan programs and underwriting requirements. I’m familiar with each program’s unique features and benefits and how you can use a reverse mortgage as an effective retirement planning tool.
Leverage One of Your Largest Assets
As a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist, I’ll help you incorporate your home’s equity into your retirement plan—whether you want to improve monthly cash flow, access funds for long-term care, or manage returns in your retirement accounts, there are countless ways to utilize home equity to meet your needs.
The reverse loan is a non-traditional mortgage program, so I set aside time to consult with my clients to ensure they fully understand the nature of this product. We’ll work together to identify your unique needs and create a customized solution for your life.
