Eric started his career within the industry in 1995. Eric's experience is vast and includes every facet of the mortgage origination process; from loan origination to compliance to executive management. Now as the Executive Vice President and original co-founder of Pacific Residential Mortgage, one thing remains the same: "The success and growth of those around me come first." Eric currently focuses on recruiting and growth opportunities for the company as a whole and developing our employees and managers individually.
