Get to Know Ben Taylor
Hi, I’m a Mortgage Advisor from Glendale, Arizona and joined the PacRes Mortgage team in October 2022.
With a close to three-decade military career and experience using my own veteran homebuying benefits to purchase several houses, I’m extremely passionate about helping our nation’s heroes achieve their homeownership dreams.
My primary goal is to provide 5-star customer service and treat you with respect, compassion and professionalism at every step of the mortgage process, and beyond. I’m also passionate about providing simple, straightforward communication to ensure you feel confident before making your next move.
If I’m not working, I’m probably spending time with my family, including our three dogs. We all enjoy traveling, and whenever possible, I enjoy playing golf with my wife and barbequing. When time permits, I volunteer at non-profit veteran organizations, including Folds of Honor.
I truly believe that homeownership is the path to achieving your long-term financial goals— I look forward to working with you and hope to be a professional mortgage resource for years to come!
For a small-town vibe with big city amenities, you’ve come to the right place—Surprise, a 45-minute drive from Phoenix, is the spring training home of the Texas rangers and Kansas City Royals. There are also a lot of great places to eat, including local produce from the Pitchfork Farmers Market.
Winters are mild and warm, but if you enjoy the snow, there are several ski resorts less than a half day’s drive away.
Further out, there’s plenty of open space to explore, from the Sonoran Desert and White Tank Mountain, to Lake Pleasant. Closer to home, there’s the Litchfield Park Wildlife World Zoo—home to 3,000 animals and 600 different species—and Surprise Lake, the perfect spot for picnic, a boat ride, or a day on the water with friends.
I felt like I was treated like family, great communication and helping me with any questions I had.
